From small to large contractors, we help members make the most of their unique, progressive labour model. PCA’s Member Services team provides one-on-one member advisory sessions, labour relations expertise, support and resources, as well educational events.
Networking events
We know how important it is to build relationships with fellow contractors. It’s a cornerstone of PCA membership. We organize events throughout the year, that allow our members to engage with other contractors, affiliate members, CLAC and industry partners. These connections are invaluable in creating business opportunities within our growing, cohesive contractor community.
Policy & advocacy
Our team has worked at the highest levels of government. We’ve built strong relationships with governments at every level. These relationships help us advocate for legislative changes that improve competition. Our goal is to ensure a level playing field, that allows our member contractors to gain access to work and workers.
Owner & industry engagement
PCA meets with major project owners across the country to educate and inform them about our unique, collaborative labour model and our members’ experience and expertise in building major infrastructure and capital projects. By spreading the word, PCA members have more opportunities to bid on work, win more contracts and grow their business.
