Voicing the issues

We are strong and outspoken advocates of a fair, open and competitive construction market. We promote policies that ensure all contractors, regardless of the labour model they choose, are able to bid on and build projects across every region of Canada. We support policies that ensure our construction workforce has the skills and talent to keep building Canada. 

Taking action

When project labour agreements or government policies restrict construction work based on union affiliation, that’s not only monopolistic and anti-competitive; it’s not in the public interest. Our members can count on us to oppose these through strong government lobbying efforts and public awareness campaigns. 

Delivering results

We specialize in government relations. We have successfully persuaded policymakers across Canada to end restrictive labour and policies that limit skills training opportunities.
