Keri Salvisburg
Keri is an accomplished business strategist, human resources, and labour relations professional. As PCA’s national Vice President of Member Engagement & Labour Relations, Keri now leads PCA’s suite of member services, labour relations, events, marketing and internal communications programs across the country, ensuring that we continue to provide the utmost value to our member community in all that we do. Through Keri’s extensive experience as an Executive in the construction industry, leading the full spectrum of human resources and labour relations functions across Canada, she is one of the industry’s most well versed in the country’s varied laws, regulations, union environments and construction climate.
Keri is a former Chair of the Industry Training Authority’s Construction Sector Advisory Group, a former member of the Indigenous Works Leadership Circle, and has sat on various boards and committees with the Construction Sector Council, Skills Canada, WSIB, and the Employer’s Advocacy Council.
Prior to joining PCA, Keri was the national Head of Human Resources & Labour Relations for North America Construction (1993) Ltd (NAC). When Keri isn’t working, she’s spending time at the ocean with her husband Keith, hunting down the next rock concert or having fun with her niece and nephews.
