Paul de Jong
Paul has led the team at PCA as President & CEO since 2010.
He has an extensive background having spent the last three decades in strategic management, government relations, business development, and labour relations, with two of those decades at CLAC.
Active in a variety of industry initiatives and forums, Paul has previously served on the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) Board of Directors, co-chair of the Constructions Owners Association of Alberta (COAA) Respect in Workplace Committee, CLAC Health & Welfare Board of Trustees, and as a Board Member with the Alberta Labour Relations Board (ALRB). Paul currently serves on the BuildForce Board of Directors and on the Alberta Board of Skilled Trades to continue to provide guidance and direction on the efforts to modernize Canadian construction.
